A: Our tutors are available to assist your child, telephonically, between 6 and 9pm, Sunday to Thursday. Query dependant, our resourceful tutors may also assist your child achieve academic excellence by providing them with additional information from reputable web sources. Our tutors will select the most relevant, accurate and useful information relating to your child's query, and when required they will email or fax the information directly to them.

Q: How can I trust that the information the tutors will provide my child with is correct?

A: StuddyBuddy carefully selects professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide your child with the most accurate academic information. Our tutors are practicing teachers, and are also comfortable with all the current curricula relating to all of the subjects on offer.

Q: Can I only call StuddyBuddy from 6pm-9pm, Sunday to Thursday?

A: Tutor support is only available from 6pm to 9pm, from Sunday to Thursday, however our friendly StuddyBuddy support team can assist you with membership queries or billing queries between 8am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
